If the delivered item significantly differs from its description on our website (such as incorrect wear quality, pattern index, or other critical attributes), you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. To qualify, you must provide evidence of the discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery.

2.3 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using your purchased item, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund. You must report these issues within 48 hours of purchase.

2.4 Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same item twice in close succession (within 24 hours), you may request a refund for the duplicate purchase. This must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction.

  • Approve your refund request and process the refund

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, although it may take your bank additional time to reflect the credit in your account (typically 5-10 business days).
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Cryptocurrency Payments: Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be refunded in USD equivalent at the current exchange rate, not in the original cryptocurrency.

5. Exceptions and Limitations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds based solely on a change of mind or if you no longer want the item.

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if:

  • Only a portion of your order is affected by issues
  • The delivered item has minor discrepancies from the description but is still functional and valuable
  • There are other mitigating factors that our support team determines warrant a partial rather than full refund

7. Store Credit

In certain situations, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund. Store credit:

  • Has no expiration date
  • Can be used for any future purchase on CS Gaming Hub
  • Cannot be transferred to another account or converted to cash

Note on Digital Goods

CS2 skins are digital items that have no physical form. Once delivered to your account, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. This is why our refund policy is more limited than for physical goods. We appreciate your understanding of the unique nature of digital assets.
